The Packer, Jim Offner: “New grape varieties continue to alter grape landscape” (24/04/2020)
New varieties of grapes are becoming increasingly popular among growers across Mexico. These new, proprietary varieties have resulted in strong industry growth. For Divine Flavor, proprietary varieties jumped last year, accounting for 15% of the crop. This year, Divine Flavor’s sales manager Carlos Bon expects that these new varieties will account for as much as 20% of the total crop.
