Mini GummyBerry Grape Cheesecakes

You can either make your own individual cheese cakes or purchase small individual size cakes from the market like we did! These were 3-inch mini cheesecakes.

  • 2 cups Gummy Berry Grapes
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 2 tsp fresh lemon juice
  • Fresh mint for garnish
  • 2 tbsp water


  1. Place grapes in a large saucepan or skillet and place on medium heat and add sugar, water, honey and lemon juice and cook for 10-15 minutes until the mixture has reduced and liquid sticks to the back of a spoon.
  2. Remove from heat and place in plastic bowl and refrigerate or freeze just to cool down mixture about 5-10 minutes.
  3. Spoon mixture over cheese tart and serve with a garnish of fresh mint.
  4. Serve.
