Grape tomatoes, like cherry and plum tomatoes, are rich in both vitamins A and C. A 3-ounce portion meets a little more than 20 percent of the daily value (DV) for vitamin C and about 18 percent of the DV for vitamin A. Grape tomatoes are particularly high in vitamin E (around 60% of DV), A, and C. These vitamins are good for lowering the risk of heart disease, and cancer. They also make your immune system stronger and assist in allowing the body to absorb other minerals which are used to build the bones, teeth, cells, and muscles.
