Spicy, crisp, and full of flavor. Divine Flavor greenhouse grown bell peppers are the staple of our company’s veg product line. Bell peppers in general are super versatile vegetables and can be incorporated into many different types of dishes such as salads, grilled and paired with BBQ steaks/chicken, or just sliced and chopped for snacking and dipping. What makes bell peppers so great is their naturally sweet and spicy flavor. All bell peppers are in high in vitamin C, but especially the yellow, red, and orange ones. One large red or orange bell pepper has more than 150mg of vitamin C- more than 150% of daily recommended value. These bright, beautiful peppers are delicious and extremely healthy.

HEALTH BENEFITS
All melons have a variety of health benefits, whether they relate to the hydration and high water content they have, or the vitamins and minerals the fruit contains. Watermelons, cantaloupe and honey dew contain a good amount of vitamin C which helps maintain a strong immune system. Watermelons are a type of fruit that has a high lycopene content. Lycopene has many health benefits, such as supporting good oral and bone health, but there have also been studies showing a connection between lycopene intake and cancer prevention. Cantaloupe contains a compound called beta-carotene that the body uses and converts into vitamin A. It also has good levels of fiber that helps maintain digestive health. Not to mention, this melon has over 100% of your daily vitamin C intake per serving. Finally, honey dew contains a variety of health benefits due to the high levels of nutrients it has, such as vitamin C, fiber, potassium, and thiamine. Regardless of which melon you prefer, they are all delicious and nutritious fruits.
