*For those traveling from the US and Mexico, we highly recommend arriving in Lima by November 30th or December 1st at the latest, as flights typically arrive late in the evening to Perú. Transportation will be provided from Hotel Costa Del Sol Wyndham (next to Lima airport) to Paracas, Luxury Resort, on Monday, December 2nd at 7 AM. The Grower Summit will conclude around 5 pm on Tuesday, December 3rd. We will provide transportation returning to Lima on Wednesday morning, December 4th, so it is encouraged for attendees to check out on this day (checking in on Monday, December 2nd, and checking out on Wednesday, December 4th).

MONDAY, DECEMBER 2ND

  • 7:00 AM: Departure from Hotel Costa del Sol Wyndham (Aeropuerto) to Paracas.
  • 12:00 PM : Lunch at Farm.
  • 1:00 – 4:30 PM: Farm tour.
  • 5:00 PM: Return to Hotel Paracas.
  • 7:30 – 10:30 PM: Cocktail hour and Grower Summit dinner.

TUESDAY, DECEMBER 3RD

  • 7:00 AM – 9:00 AM: Breakfast.
  • 9:00 AM: Opening ceremony.
  • 9:30 AM – 10:30 AM: Keynote Presentation 1.
  • 10:30 – 11:30 AM: Keynote Presentation 2.
  • 11:30 – 11:45 AM: Break/Networking.
  • 11:45 – 12:45 PM: Keynote Presentation 3.
  • 12:45 – 1:45 PM: Lunch.
  • 1:45 – 2:30 PM: Sponsor Panel.
  • 2:30 – 3:30 PM: Keynote Presentation 4.
  • 3:30 – 4:30 PM: Closing presentation.
  • 5:00 PM: Grower Summit concludes.

David O. Marguleas is the CEO of Sun World International, LLC, a global fruit genetics company specializing in developing and licensing new fruit varieties. Sun World operates in several countries and was acquired by Bridgepoint Advisers in 2021. Marguleas has held leadership roles in the Produce Marketing Association and served on various industry boards, including the California Table Grape Commission. He is a board member of Sun World, Divine Flavor, and Elevated Foods. A third-generation industry member, Marguleas holds a communications degree from Cornell University.
