*For those traveling from the US and Mexico, we highly recommend arriving in Lima by November 30th, as flights typically arrive late in the evening. This will allow you to rest before the event begins. For all attendees it is recommended to arrive in Lima no later than December 1st. Transportation will be provided from Costa Del Sol Hotel (next to Lima airport) to Hotel Paracas, Luxury Resort, on Monday, December 2nd. The Grower Summit will conclude around 4 pm on Tuesday, December 3rd. We will provide transportation returning to Lima on Wednesday morning, December 4th, so it is encouraged for attendees to check out on this day (checking in on Monday, December 2nd, and checking out on Wednesday, December 4th).

- 12:00 PM: Farm Tour/ Lunch.
- 5:00 PM Return to Hotel Paracas.
- 7:30 – 10:30 PM: Cocktail hour and Grower Summit dinner.
TUESDAY, DECEMBER 3TH
- 7:00- 9:00 AM: Breakfast.
- 9:00 AM: Opening Ceremony.
- 9:30 AM – 10:30 AM: Keynote presentation 1.
- 10:30 – 11: 30 AM: Keynote presentation 2.
- 11:30 -11:45 AM: Break/ Networking.
- 11:45 – 12:45 PM: Keynote presentation 3.
- 12:45 – 1:45 PM: Lunch.
- 1:45 – 2:30 PM: Sponsor panel.
- 2:30 – 3:30 PM: Keynote presentation 4.
- 3:30 – 4:30 PM: Closing presentation.
- 5:00 PM: Grower Summit concludes.
