Mediterranean Cucumber Salad

Ingredients

  • 2 Divine Flavor English cucumbers, sliced into half-moons
  • 6 colorful Divine Flavor sweet peppers, thinly sliced
  • 2 cups juicy Divine Flavor grape tomatoes, halved
  • ¼ purple onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup Kalamata olives, halved
  • 3–4 oz feta cheese, crumbled
  • Olive oil
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the Divine Flavor English cucumbers, sweet peppers, grape tomatoes, purple onion, Kalamata olives, and crumbled feta cheese.

  2. Drizzle with olive oil.

  3. Gently toss until everything is well coated.

  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

  5. Serve and enjoy!
